摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法:采用随机、对照的方法,将120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中对照组按指南给予西药及康复治疗,而治疗组采用西医联合自拟滋阴养血舒筋汤、针灸及推拿的治疗,疗效判断指标包括随访期末死亡/残障率、神经功能缺损评分变化及肢体运动功能评分变化。结果:6个月随访期末,治疗组的死亡/残障率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。治疗30 d后,治疗组的神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善更明显(P=0.000)。治疗30 d后,肢体运动功能FMA评分较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:中西医结合治疗方案可减少急性缺血性卒中患者致残率,改善其神经功能,提高其生存自理能力。
Objective： To investigate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods： The 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given medicine and rehabilitation treatment according to the guidelines, while the treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, clinical data including the end of the follow-up period of death/disability rate, motor function of the limbs disabled rate and neurological score were observed. Results： After 6months, the death/disability rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant difference（P=0.008）. After 30 days treatment, the NIHSS scale in treatment group improved more obviously than the control group（ P=0.000）.After 30 days treatment, FMA scores improved more significantly than the control group, with significant difference（ P =0.004）.Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce the rate of disability in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and improve the nerve function and life self-care ability.
