摘要
目的降低出院患者失访率。方法成立CQI小组,在改进工作流程、建立完善随访信息系统、人员培训等方面应用FOCUS—PDCA进行持续质量改进。结果出院患者失访率由活动前21.17%降低到活动后的5.95%,达到了活动目标。结论提升了服务质量,提高了患者满高度。
Objective To reduce the dropout rate of discharged patients. Method The COl group was founded to use the FOCUS - PDCA for continued quality improvement on workflow improvement, establishment of follow - up information system, and personnel training. Result The dropout rate of discharged patients decreased from 21.17 % to 5.95 % after the intervention, which reached the target. Conclusion The measures enhance the quality of service and improve the patient's satisfaction.
