摘要
人工方式上报不良事件,存在程序复杂、沟通不畅、效率低下等问题。针对不良事件报告影响因素,建立基于办公自动化的不良事件报告工作流程,改进不良事件上报系统,使不良事件得以及时上报并处理,有效避免了医疗风险。
Previous adverse events were reported on manual basis, which had problems of complicated procedures, poor communication and efficiency, etc. Based on the influence factors on adverse event reporting, office automation based adverse events reporting workflow was established to use workflow to improve the reporting of adverse events, which makes real and timely reporting and treatment of adverse events, and effectively avoids medical risk.
