帕金森病基因治疗研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国老龄化的进展,帕金森病(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)已成为危害老年人健康最多发的疾病之一,是位居第二的神经变性疾病,发病率仅次于阿尔茨海默病,其临床表现主要为静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态异常,其病理学特征是黑质多巴胺能神经元变性缺失,患病率在60岁以上人群达1%~2%[1],给家庭和社会都带来了沉重的负担。
