摘要
目的探讨四联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法将100例患者分为对照组和观察组,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果经过治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有显著性差异和统计学意义。结论在小儿消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗过程中采用四联疗法能够提高治疗的总有效率。
