摘要
目的总结剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的原因。方法从我院收治的剖宫产术后晚期产后出血患者中抽取11例作为本次研究的观察对象,回顾性分析所选患者的相关临床资料,分析造成所选产妇产后出血的原因,并总结相关治疗措施。结果造成本研究中11例产妇剖宫术后晚期出血的主要原因为宫缩乏力(63.64%),与其他因素相比概率明显更高(P<0.05)。经对症治疗后,11例产妇的出血症状均得到有效控制和纠正,经治疗痊愈后均出院,随访半年后均未出现复发病例。结论充分了解造成剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的原因并采取预防措施及对症治疗十分必要,且应以预防为主。
ObjectiveSummarize the cause of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 11 cases were selected from late postpartum hemorrhage as the study object of observation in our hospital , analysis of the causes of postpartum hemorrhage, and summarize the related treatment measures.ResultsMain causes of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section parturient were uterine inertia （63.64%）, signiifcantly higher probability compared with the other factors （P〈0.05）. After symptomatic treatment, the symptoms of 11 cases of maternal hemorrhage could be controlled and corrected, were all cured, no relapse during the follow-up of 6 months. ConclusionTo fully understand the cause of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, take precautions and symptomatic treatment is necessary, and should be based on prevention.
