摘要
为了研究呼兰河口湿地表层沉积物重金属含量及其潜在生态危害程度,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法(ICP-MS)测定7个点位表层沉积物的重金属元素含量.测定了Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Pb和Cd的含量,并采用地累积指数法和Hakanson潜在生态风险指数法对沉积物中的重金属污染进行评价.结果表明,呼兰河口湿地表层沉积物中Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Pb和Cd的平均含量分别为19.44、12.28、8.04、7.54、24.74、0.16 mg·kg-1,除Pb和Cd外,均低于松嫩平原土壤背景值.地累积指数法评价结果显示:重金属元素污染程度有强到弱顺序为Cd>Pb>As>Ni>Cu>Cr.潜在生态风险评价结果显示:重金属元素的潜在生态风险程度由高到低顺序为Cd>As>Pb>Ni>Cu>Cr,Cd是呼兰河口湿地主要的潜在生态风险因子.各重金属间相关性较差,可能主要受地球化学成分影响.
In order to study both the heavy metal content of the entrance wetland surface sediment of Hulan river and its potential ecological harm degree, seven heavy metal element content of spotting surface sediment is measured by the method of plasma mass spectrometry (icp -ms) about inductively coupled. The content of Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Pb and Cd and evaluating heavy metal pollution of sedimentsand are measured by the accumulation exponential method and Hakanson potential ecological risk index method . Results show that Cr, Ni, Cu, As, which are in the entrance of wetland surface sediment of the hulan river, whose the average content of Pb and Cd are 19.44, 12, 28, 8.04, 7.54, 24.74, 0.16 mg · kg-1, except Pb and Cd are lower than that of soil background values on the songnen plains. According to the evaluation results of accumulation index method, the order from strong to week of the heavy metals pollution level is Cd 〉 Pb 〉 As 〉 Ni 〉 Cu 〉 Cr. And consider the potential ecological risk assessment results, the level of potential ecological risk of heavy metals,which the order is from high to low is Cd 〉 As 〉 Pb 〉 Ni 〉 Cu 〉 Cr, Cd that is a major potential ecological risk factors of hulan river mouth wetland. As the correlation between heavy metal is poorer, illustrating its source is more complex.
