有机氧化锡催化剂的制备及其催化双酚A与碳酸二丁酯的酯交换反应 被引量:1

Preparation of organic tin oxide catalysts and reaction between bisphenol and dibutyl carbonate over organic tin oxide catalysts

摘要 通过格氏试剂法合成了3种有机锡催化剂二(三氟甲苯)氧化锡((PhCF3)2SnO)、二苯基氧化锡(Ph2SnO)和二甲苯基氧化锡(PhCH3)2SnO,研究了有机锡催化剂对BPA与DBC反应的影响.采用红外(IR)及X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)对合成的催化剂进行了结构表征,并通过气相色谱(GC)及气相色谱质谱联用(GCMS)对合成的聚碳酸酯中间体进行分析.结果表明:以(PhCF3)2SnO为催化剂时,聚碳酸酯中间体(双酚A二丁基碳酸酯DbC(1))的产率及对其的选择性均较高,均高于以Ph2SnO和(PhCH3)2SnO为催化剂时得到的DbC(1)的产率及选择性. Organic tin oxide catalysts(PhCF3)2SnO, Ph2SnO and (PhCH3)2SnO were successfully synthesized by using Grig-nard reagent method, and the reactions between BPA and DBC over the synthesized organic tin oxide catalystswere also studied. The structure of the synthesized catalysts were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy (XPS)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , and the reaction products were ana-lyzed by GC and GC-MS. The results showed that when the (PhCF3)2SnO was used as catalyst, the yieldand selectivity of two-butylcarbonate-ended-BPA(DbC(1)) were higher than those obtained over Ph2SnO and(PhCH3)2SnO.
