摘要
实现社会公平的农村贫困治理是现代政府不可推卸的责任,我国实现社会公平的农村贫困治理面临诸多问题。应发挥社会资本参与农村贫困治理的作用,深入探寻政府、社会组织共同参与的多元化贫困治理模式。
To actualize the rural poverty governance based on social equality is an inescapable responsibility of modern government, and lots of problems are faced in our country realizing the rural poverty governance based on social equality. We should bring the function of social capital in rural poverty governance into real play, and deeply explore in the pluralistic poverty governance pattern with joint participation of the government and social organizations.
