曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗青光眼临床效果探讨被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法:82例青光眼患者均给予曲伏前列腺素滴眼液联合噻吗心安眼药水治疗,记录治疗前后平均眼压、昼夜眼压差、视野缺损变化情况,将所得数据经专业分析(统计学)获得结论。结果:82例青光眼患者经上述药物治疗后,平均眼压、昼夜眼压差、视野缺损程度均较治疗前显著减少,治疗前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗青光眼有利于提高患者的疗效并改善预后,保障其生活质量。
