江西省2011—2013年农村学校自建供水卫生状况 被引量:5

Self-serve drinking water and sanitation in rural schools of Jiangxi province during 2011- 2013

摘要 目的了解江西省农村学校自建设施供水卫生状况,为采取针对性的干预措施提供技术支撑。方法对2011—2013年纳入监测网的农村学校自建设施供水单位进行水源类型、制水工艺、消毒情况、覆盖人口等调查,分别于枯水期(2—5月)、丰水期(6—9月)采集水样进行检测和评价。结果 2011—2013年水质合格率分别为29.89%,45.73%和41.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.20,P<0.01),水质总合格率为39.85%。水质单项指标合格率最低为总大肠菌群,3 a总合格率为58.30%;其次为菌落总数,总合格率为69.99%。水源类型以浅井为主,占59.17%;其次为深井,占24.69%。制水无任何处理工艺占50.61%。结论农村学校自建设施供水工艺简单,卫生管理薄弱,水质合格率较低。需完善水质净化工艺,加强学生卫生宣教,强化监管,保障农村学校饮水安全。 Objective To understand self-serve drinking water and sanitation in rural schools of Jiangxi province. Methods Water-quality monitoring in rural schools was administered once a quarter to identify water quality,rationing process,disinfection status,coverage. Water samples during the rainy season( June to September) and dry season( February to May) were collected to assess water contamination. Results During 2011- 2013,the qualified rates were 29. 89%,45. 73% and 41. 00%,respectively.The total qualified rate was 39.85%. The qualified rate of total coliform counts was the lowest,followed by 3a( 58.30%) and total bacteria( 69.99%). Superficial layer of groundwater was the primary source of water( 59. 17%),while deep layer accounted for24.69%. Unprocessed water accounted for 50.61%.Conclusion The sanitation of self-serve drinking water in rural schools is inadequate. Increased access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation and hygiene practices in the rural schools should be fulfilled in the short-term.
