锁定加压钢板治疗老年性肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的：研究锁定加压钢板治疗老年性肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：从2006年4月～2014年5月，于我院共有50例老年病患经诊断为肱骨外科颈骨折。以数字法随机分成观察组（30例）和对照组（20例）。观察组采用锁定加压钢板治疗，对照组则采用普通解剖型钢板固定治疗。对比2组术后临床疗效。结果：观察组疗效为优者，显著高于对照组。疗效为差者占比，显著低于对照组。观察组在术中出血量，手术时间，均显著低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。结论：锁定加压钢板治疗老年性肱骨外科颈骨折，不仅可明显提升治疗效果，还可减少术中出血量以及手术时间。安全性较好，值得临床推荐。
