摘要
深化中国共产党执政理念科学化研究是推动中国共产党执政理论研究深入开展的必然要求;是新形势下党史党建学科理论不断丰富与发展的客观需要;是进一步总结执政经验、提升中国共产党执政合法性的迫切需要;有助于中国共产党人执政意识的充分觉醒,有助于中共执政思维的全面确立,有助于我们党科学执政、民主执政、依法执政目标的顺利实现,有助于提升党的执政能力和执政水平,真正强化中国共产党长期执政的历史地位。中国共产党执政理念科学化研究需以马克思主义世界观和方法论为指导,深入研究中国共产党执政理念及其科学化的基础理论问题;继而在对中国共产党执政史和建设史进行认真考察和细致梳理的基础上,深刻总结中国共产党执政理念科学化的重要经验和基本规律。
Deepening the study on scientific governing principle of the CCP is the evitable requirement to promote the further development of the CCP＇s governing principle study, the objective requirement to develop the subjects of history research and building of CCP Party under the new situation and the urgent requirement to further sum up governing experience and promote the governing legality of CCP. It is helpful for the fully awakening of the governing consciousness of CCP, the fully establishment of the governing thoughts of CCP, the smooth realization of scientific governing, democratic governing and governing by Law and the promotion of governing ability and standard of CCP so as to strengthening the historical position of long-term government of CCP. The Scidntifie study of CCP＇s governing principle need take Marx＇s world outlook and methodology as the guidance, deeply study the governing principle and scientific basic theory, then summarizes the important experience and basic rules of the scientization of CCP＇s governing principle on the basis of serious investigation and careful combing on the governing and building history of CCP.
