摘要
在国家大力倡导职业教育的当下,院校人才培养转而迎合企业用人而建构校企合作体制,并日益成为企业劳动分工的新兴领域。本文采用个体叙事和案例拓展法,以身体规训为视角,对福建厦门cy学院的三个专业实习女生的服务过程进行案例考察,讨论了企业场域中性别利用与身体实践的互动:一方面,企业利用女性的社会性别形塑了"貌美、服从、亲和"的服务角色,并通过边缘化分工的体制,使得实习女生内化"丝"的身份污名;另一方面,实习女生凭借生物性作为抵抗的身体姿态,表达对规训的反思性实践。在这此基础上提出建议:一是劳动分工研究应关注身体的日常叙事,二是企业应审视性别分工对企业人才培养的潜在影响。
In advocating national vocational education at present, talents cultivation of colleges and enterprises turn with effectiveness and market-demand, to construct system of school enterprise cooperation, has increasingly become a special field of emerging labor division of enterprises. This paper borrows the concepts of body politics, develops the method for using individual narrative and case, selects CY College Intern （hotel management, art design and marketing） service process compares in Fujian Xiamen, discuss the interact between physical practice end using of gender in enterprise field： on the one hand, enterprises use the gender profile the female plastic ＂Beauty, Obedience, Affinity＂ service role, and by the margiualization of division of labor system, which makes self-internalization of DIAOSI identity; on the other hand, practice girls with students physical body as a resistance attitude on the expression of the discipline of reflective practice. Proposed in this foundation： one is the study of labor division should pay attention to daily narrative of the body, two is the enterprise should examine the gender division of labor on the potential long-term effects of employing system.
