摘要
目的:观察甘露消毒丹治疗宫颈癌术后发热的临床疗效。方法:将40例宫颈癌术后发热、应用二代头孢类治疗无效的患者按随机数字表法分为2组,各20人。中药组给予甘露消毒丹治疗,对照组给予亚胺培楠治疗。结果:2组总有效率中药组90%,对照组75%;2组用药后体温均呈下降趋势,第3天中药组平均体温37.0℃,对照组37.6℃。临床症状改善方面中药组优于对照组。结论:甘露消毒丹治疗宫颈癌术后发热有显著疗效,可明显改善临床症状,缩短发热时间。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Sweet Dew Detoxication Pill treating postoperative fever in cervical cancer. Meth Od： 40 cases of cervical cancer patients with postoperative fever were divided into 2 groups randomly.These patients have been treated with conventional antibiotic（ the second generation cephalosporins）. Each group of 20 people,Traditional Chinese medicine group was given the Sweet Dew Detoxication Pill and the control group given Imipenem（ β-Lactam antibiotics）. Result： Two groups total effective rate： the Chinese traditional medicine group is 90%,the control group is 75%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The temperature of two groups show a downward trend after medication. On the third day,temperature is close to normal in Chinese traditional medicine group,the average temperature is 37℃. The control group is 37. 6℃（ P 〈 0. 05）. The traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the control group at aspects of overall improvements in clinical symptoms（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conciution： Sweet Dew Detoxication Pill has significant curative effect to treat postoperative fever in cerical cancer. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and Shorten the heating time.
