摘要
目的探讨和评价锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的方法以及疗效。方法对宁晋县中西医结合医院2011年3月至2013年6月收治的35例锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 35例患者骨折愈合良好,通过Neer法进行评分,优22例,良9例,可2例,肩关节功能优良率为88.6%。治疗前所有患者Neer评分为(68.9±5.3)分,治疗后为(88.9±6.7)分,治疗后Neer评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,疗效令人满意。
Objective To discuss and evaluate the methods and curative effect of locking compression plate in treating fracture of surgical neck of humerus. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus treated with locking compression plate from Ningjin County Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital during Jun. 2011 and Jun. 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The fractures of all the 35 patients were healed. According to the score from the Neer method,22 cases were rated as excellent,9 cases were rated as good,2 cases were rated as Ok. 88. 6% of the function of the shoulder joint were fine. The Neer score of the patients before treatment was（ 68. 9 ± 5. 3） scores,after treatment was（ 88. 9 ± 6. 7） scores,which was significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is satisfactory and worthwhile to popularize the locking compression plate to treat fracture of surgical neck of humerus.
