摘要
为了更有效地执行国家关于加强科研经费管理和科研领域廉洁从业风险防控的要求,北京大学医学部坚持服务支撑与管理监督并重的原则,将信息化技术和电子商务模式运用到教学科研实验用品采购管理工作中,开发了实验用品询购系统。该系统从操作程序上实现了网上采购的全程信息化和科研经费的动态化管理,通过技术手段规范科研人员的采购行为,同时也提高了管理部门的工作效率和服务水平。
For more effective implementation of national research funding management and risk control requirements,Peking University Health Science Center facilitates service as the goal for researchers,adheres to the principle of service support and management oversight,the information technology and E-commerce have been used to manage purchasing consumables,design and implementation of Peking University Health Science Center consumables inquiry-purchase management system.The system has been successfully running more than a year and has reached a good effect,achieving an online purchase of full information and dynamic management of research funding from the operating procedures.The technical means can not only standardize the purchasing behavior of researchers,but also improve the efficiency and service level of management.
