摘要
针对传统的无机水性纳米陶瓷涂料成本高、易开裂、机械性能差等的问题。本研究以改性后的无机树脂为成膜物质,以钛白粉,滑石粉,碳酸钙,高岭土等为颜填料,加入固化剂和一系列助剂制备一种新型的无机水性纳米陶瓷涂料。最终选择最优配比制备出涂料并按照国家标准对其进行一系列机械性能测试。实验结果表明:使用改性的无机树脂制备的新型无机水性纳米陶瓷涂料在附着力,硬度等机械性能方面均有所改善。
For traditional inorganic nano-ceramic coatings water cost, easy to crack, and poor mechanical properties of the problem. In this study, the modified inorganic resin as film material, in the titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, kaolin as fillers, Add hardener and a range of additives to prepare a new mineral water nano-ceramic coating. Preparation of the final choice of the optimal ratio of paint and in accordance with national standards for its range of mechanical properties testing. The results show that: the new water-based inorganic nano-ceramic coatings using modified inorganic resin prepared in terms of performance were improved adhesion, hardness and other machinery.
