摘要
介绍了铁水包脱磷设备的构成、冶炼工艺以及承担的主要作用。根据铁水脱磷的热力学理论和实际统计数据,建立了脱硅模型、氧枪使用、铁水脱硅时的脱磷操作3个控制模型。总结出对于使用含硅量较高的高炉铁水来说,铁水包脱磷的临界硅含量控制在0.15%~0.20%较为合适,脱硅期碱度控制在2.0~2.3、ω(TFe)控制在23%~26%之间时能获得超过40%的脱磷率。
It is introduced the composition,smelting process and main function of dephosphorization equipments of iron ladle. Based on thermodynamic theory and actual statistics data,three control models: desiliconization,oxygen lance operation,dephosphorization operation in hot metal desiliconization,are built. It is concluded that for the blast furnace hot metal with high silicon content,the critical silicon content in dephosphorization in iron ladle should be controlled within 0. 15 to 0. 20 percent,over 40% of dephosphorication rate can be got if basicity in desiliconization within 2. 0 to 2. 3,ω( TFe) within 23 to 26 percent.
