摘要
在碱性条件下,镉离子与巯基乙酸形成配合物(Cd-SCH2COO-),亚碲酸钠中+4价的碲被抗坏血酸还原成-2价后与Cd-SCH2COO-配合物结合,形成Cd Te晶核;经加热回流后晶核不断生长,得到不同发射波长的Cd Te量子点.研究了反应时间、巯基乙酸与镉及碲与镉的摩尔比等实验条件对Cd Te量子点荧光性能的影响.用X射线粉末衍射和透射电镜等分析手段对量子点的结构进行了表征.结果表明,采用这种方法制得的Cd Te量子点为立方晶型,荧光量子产率可达27.1%,反应时间及反应物的相对用量对量子点的荧光性能有明显影响.
Cd-SCH2COO-complex was formed under basic condition,then the ascorbic acid reacted with Na2 Te O3to form Te2-ions that combined with Cd-SCH2COO-complex to give Cd Te nucleus. With the Cd Te nucleus growing under refluxing,Cd Te quantum dots( QDs) with different emission colors were formed at last.The influence of experimental conditions,including refluxing time,thioglycolic acid to cadmium molar ratio and sodium tellurite to cadmium molar ratio,on the luminescent properties of the obtained Cd Te QDs were systematically investigated. Furthermore,the obtained QDs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction( XRD)and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). Experimental results showed that the proposed method enables us to obtain zinc-blended Cd Te QDs with high photoluminescence quantum yield( up to 27.1%). The growth time and the relative quantities of reactants impacted the optical properties of QDs.
