摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合其他手术的方法与优点。方法:回顾分析2010年以来为46例患者行腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料,其中行腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合胆囊切除术11例,联合附件切除或附件囊肿切除术13例,联合子宫肌瘤切除术6例,联合腹腔内粘连松解术8例,联合腹股沟疝修补术8例。结果:46例手术均获成功,无中转开腹及并发症发生。术后患者均痊愈出院。结论:严格遵循外科手术原则,合理应用手术技巧,腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合其他手术安全、可行,社会经济效益显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the methods and advantages of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with other operations. Methods：The clinical data of 46 patients who underwent laparoscopic combined operation from 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,including 11 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with cholecystectomy,13 cases combined with adnexectomy or accessory cyst excision,6 cases combined with myomectomy,8 cases with intra-abdominal lysis of adhesions,8 cases with repair of inguinal hernia. Results：All the 46 operations were successful,without conversion to laparotomy or complications. All patients were discharged from hospital. Conclusions：Surgeons should strictly follow surgical principles,reasonably use operative skills. Laparoscopic appendectomy combined with other operations is safe,feasible and worthy of clinical application,with distinctly social and economic benefits.
