摘要
择业观是个体对社会上某种职业的倾向,包括对职业的认知、评价、态度等,体现了个体的职业理想,是个体世界观、人生观、价值观的体现。本文将从"特质——因素"理论着手,浅谈大学生择业观的影响因素,并针对其影响因素提出相应的对策,以期对大学生的择业起到一定指导作用。
View of employment is a tendency of individual shows to a certain profession, which includes cognitive,evaluation and attitude to the profession, which reflects the individual＇s career ideal, and which is a reflection of individual＇s world outlook, outlook on life and values. With trait and factor being talked about at first, the influence factors of students＇ view of employment are discussed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order that it can bring guidance function to the college students＇ employment.
