摘要
目的观察针刺联合养阴润目汤治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症的临床疗效。方法将60例肝肾阴虚型干眼症患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例针刺联合养阴润目汤治疗,对照组30例单用人工泪液滴眼治疗。2组均治疗3周后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后泪液分泌试验(SIt)分泌量、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及角膜荧光素染色(FL)变化。结果 2组治疗后SIt分泌量、BUT均高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FL计分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论针刺联合养阴润目汤治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症疗效确切,并可改善SIt分泌量、BUT及FL。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with decoction for nourishing yin and moisturizing eye in the treatment of dry eye syndrome with deficiency of liver - yin and kidney - yin. Meth- ods 60 dry eye patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 30 cases in the treat- ment group were treated by acupuncture combined with decoction for nourishing yin and moisturizing eye. 30 cases in the control group were treated with artificial tears eye drops. The clinical effects in two groups were compared after treatment of three weeks. The changes of Schirmer test （ SIT）, breakup time of tear film （BUT） and corneal fluores- cence staining （FL） before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results SIT secretory volume and BUT after treatment was higher than that before treatment in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. SIT secretory volume and BUT after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that after treatment in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. FL integral after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference be- tween two groups on FL integral after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing Yin and moisturizing eye decoction combined with acupuncture for treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency dry eye in the improving secretion of SIT, BUT and cor- neal flnorescein staining was better than artificial tears therapy.
