摘要
目的利用自制比色卡,提高经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者术后膀胱冲洗的效果。方法将260例前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术后患者按住院时间分为对照组122例,观察组138例。对照组根据护士临床经验判断患者膀胱冲洗引流液情况、调节冲洗滴速;观察组采用比色卡观察引流液情况、根据观察结果调节冲洗滴速。结果观察组术后凝血堵管发生率、导尿管留置时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论自制比色卡是护士观察引流液颜色并作出临床判断的辅助工具,有助于提高经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者膀胱冲洗的实施效果。
Objective To improve the efficacy of bladder irrigation in patients after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）by using the homemade colorimetric cards.Methods A total of 260 patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing TURP were divided into two groups according to chronological order.Irrigation rates were adjusted either through nurses′experiences（control group,n=122）or through the homemade colorimetric cards（observation group,n=138）.Results The observation group achieved a lower rate of catheter blockage resulting from blood clotting and shorter catheter indwelling duration than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The homemade colorimetric cards which aid nurses to observe drainage color and make clinical judgment can improve efficacy of bladder irrigation for patients after TURP.
