摘要
男,43岁,主诉＂反酸2月,间断晕厥1周＂入院,病中患者反复出现反酸及胸骨后烧灼痛,偶有干咳,近1周间断出现晕厥,伴跌倒,有时仅为黑朦,持续5~20s自行缓解,每天发作2~4次。无头痛,无视物旋转、耳鸣。发作时无痉挛、抽搐和口吐白沫,无瞳孔放大现象,无大小便失禁,恢复后稍有疲乏无力感。
This paper reported a case of cough syncope syndrome induced by gastroesophageal reflux disease.This patient was 43 years old,he suffered intermittent severe bucking and sour regurgitation,sometimes accompanied by syncope or amaurosis.We found no other pathological change with all kinds of check without reflux esophagitis.After treating with omeprazole,the symptoms of reflux and cough improved,the frequency of syncope reduced and finally completely cured.
