摘要
针对窦房结电图(SNE)采集电极的位置因人不同而需要手动调整效率较低的问题,提出一种分布式电极获取窦房结电图的方法。首先利用分布式布局的电极采集多路数据,然后采用具有低通和高通性能的形态滤波器对各组数据进行滤波,最后采用模糊模板匹配方法确定每个测试者获取窦房结电图的最佳准确电极。实验结果表明:采用分布式布局的窦房结电图采集系统,可以快速、有效地自动获取不同测试对象的窦房结电图,从而为窦房结功能的诊断提供有效的原始数据。
The location for the sinus electrocardiogram (SNE) acquisition electrodes varies from person to person,so the collecting electrodes need adjust manually. A method to get SNE by distributed electrodes proposed in this paper. First,the multi-channel data is collected by utilizing the distributed electrodes,and then the morphological filters with low-pass and high-pass features are adopted for processing each set of data. At last,fuzzy template matching method is used to determine the accurate electrode for acquiring the SNE. The experimental results indicate that the proposed collecting system can automatically get SNE from different persons,and provide valuable raw data for quick diagnosis of the sinus node function.
