摘要
讨论了Mg-2Zn-0.5Ca-Y合金中Y的质量分数对其表面微弧氧化膜的形貌、相结构及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:微弧氧化膜主要由MgO和MgO2组成;Y的质量分数对微弧氧化膜形貌的影响不是很大,但对其耐磨性的影响较大。
The effects of the mass fraction of Y in Mg-2Zn-0.5Ca-Y alloy on the morphology,phase structure and wear resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film on the alloy surface were discussed.The results show that the micro-arc oxidation film is mainly composed of MgO and MgO2;the influence of the Y mass fraction is not so great on the morphology but greater on the wear resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film.
