以创新人才培养为导向 创建天津市环境科学与工程实验教学示范中心 被引量:10

Construction of Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tianjin for Cultivation of Innovation Talents

摘要 实验教学是人才培养的重要环节,为推进创新教育,各高校纷纷探索创新型人才培养实验教学模式。环境科学与工程实验教学中心坚持"公能素质"创新型人才培养的实验教学理念,搭建基础实验教学、实践教学、创新教育"三级平台"实验教学体系,建立高水平实验教学队伍,取得丰硕实验教学成果。省级实验教学示范中心建设为创新人才培养提供更好的硬件和软件保证,创造了更好的创新意识和创新能力培养环境,是创新人才培养的有效模式。 It is an important step for cultivation of innovation talents in the college to carry out the experimental teaching. Based on the experience of the Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tianjin, the effective mode of promoting innovation talents has been explored. The experimental environment and the experimental teaching system are optimized. The Experimental Teaching Center of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tianjin has established experimental teaching system for fundamentally experimental teaching courses, practice activities, innovation teaching to promote the innovation talents with "Gong Neng" innovation quality. A lot of teaching achievements have been obtained by the center and students. The results show that it is an effective mode to construct the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center with better experimental equipment and innovation milieu.
