摘要
互联网金融领域消费者权益保护方面的挑战,主要集中于信息安全隐患大、资金安全难保障、消费者维权意识淡薄且维权成本高三方面。为不断加大互联网金融领域消费者权益保护力度,需加强信息安全立法,规范准入门槛,在提升风控要求基础上充分发挥市场力量提升市场主体保护消费者权益的自觉性和主动性,唤醒消费者维权意识并降低消费者维权成本。
The challenges for these problems mainly focus on huge hidden risk from information security,the safety of funds hardly to be guaranteed,weak awareness of consumer rights and high cost of rights protection. It's necessary for constantly enhancing the strength for protecting Internet financial consumer rights and interests to highlight information security legislation,to regulate access thresholds,to exert the role of market forces into full play based on promoting risk control requirement,so as to enhance the consciousness and initiative of market participants in terms of protecting consumer interests and awaken the awareness of consumers to protect their rights and reduce the cost of rights protection.
