摘要
农户家庭是中国农业的微观组织基础。随着工业化、城镇化的深入推进,农户家庭经营也在不断变迁和分化。本文简要回顾了农户家庭经营的相关理论与文献,分析了工业化、城镇化进程中中国农户家庭经营的演变历程与分化现状,并以家庭经营组织创新的重要形式——家庭农场为重点进行了研究,在此基础上探讨了未来家庭经营组织创新的发展方向,即将专业化与兼业化作为中国农业家庭经营发展道路的二元选择。
Rural households are the micro organizational foundation of China's agriculture. With the deepening of industrialization and urbanization,rural household management is also evolving and differentiating. This article reviews and briefly comments on the relevant theories and literature on rural household management,analyzes the historical evolution of China's rural household management in the industrialization and urbanization process and the status quo of rural household differentiation with a focus on family farms – an important form of household management organizational innovation,and discusses the future direction of such innovation on this basis,namely,taking specialization and concurrent business as the binary choice of agricultural household management in China.
