摘要
为评价贝达、5BB等11个品种的抗寒性,以当年生根为试材,在低温胁迫(-3℃、-6℃、-9℃、-12℃、-15℃)条件下测定了各品种根系的相对电导率和褐变指数;利用恢复生长法调查了低温处理后的根段愈伤组织的生成情况;并通过相关分析和主成分分析对其抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明,根系抗寒力强的品种有贝达、101-14、山河2号;根系抗寒力中等的品种有5BB、SO4、5C、188-08、110R,根系抗寒性弱的品种有巨峰、赤霞珠;根系抗寒力极弱的品种是红地球。
In order to evaluate the cold resistance of roots from different varieties of grapevine, the annual roots were treated by different temperatures of-3℃、-6℃、-9 ℃、-12 ℃、-15 ℃, to detect their electrolyte leaching rate and index of brown. The callus tissue formation of root was investigated by recovery growth experiment. The data was treated by cluster analysis, correlation analysis and principal component analysis for comprehensive evaluation of cold tolerance. The results were as follows:Beta,101-14, AR2# showed high tolerance to cold stress. 5BB, SO4, 5C, 188-08,110R showed medium tolerance to cold stress. Kyoho, Cabernet Sauvignon were low tolerance to cold stress. Red Globe showed lowest tolerance to cold stress.
