摘要
在无土栽培的条件下,以水晶葡萄为材料,研究外源水杨酸对铝胁迫下葡萄生长及营养状况的影响。结果表明,铝胁迫下植株生长受到明显抑制,根长、茎长、总生物量和根冠比均显著降低;植株含水量有所降低,铝含量显著上升,总氮和钾的含量变化不大,老叶中磷含量显著降低,根系含糖量显著上升,植株蛋白质和脯氨酸含量也有所上升。不同浓度的水杨酸处理后,对植株生长及营养产生了明显的影响,25μmol/L和50μmol/L水杨酸促进了铝胁迫下根系和茎干的生长,显著增加了生物量;水杨酸处理使根系铝含量增加,而茎叶铝含量降低,且茎干和叶片的钾含量也有所降低,植株总氮含量显著降低,根系的磷含量增加,茎干的磷含量降低;此外,根系可溶性性糖含量随着外源水杨酸处理浓度的增加而降低,植株蛋白质含量显著升高,嫩叶脯氨酸含量升高,老叶脯氨酸含量降低。由此可见,水杨酸处理可以在一定程度上减轻铝对植株的伤害。
In soilless culture conditions, the grape cultivar Shuijing was selected as the plant material to investigate the effects of exogenous salicylic acid on plant growth and nutrition under aluminum stress. The results showed that under aluminum stress, plant growth was inhibited, root length,stem length, total biomass and root shoot ratio decreased significantly; plant water content decreased, aluminum content increased, the contents of total nitrogen and potassium changed little, old leaf phosphorus content decreased significantly, sugar content in root significantly increased, the contents of protein and proline in the plant also increased. The treatments with salicylic acid of different concentrations, had obvious effect on the growth and nutrition of plant, 25 μmol/L and 50 μmol/L salicylic acid promoted root and stem growth under aluminum stress, significantly increased the biomass; with salicylic acid treatment, the aluminum content increased in root, while aluminum content decreased in stem and leaf, potassium content also decreased in stems and leaves, total nitrogen content decreased significantly in plant, phosphorus content increased in root, phosphorus content decreased in stem. In addition, soluble sugar content in root decreased with the increase of exogenous salicylic acid concentration, plant protein content increased significantly, proline content increased in young leaves, and proline content reduced in old leaves. Thus, salicylic acid treatment could be aluminum toxicity to some extent alleviate damage on plant.
