摘要
油气分离器是潜油电泵的四大部件之一,机械结构简单,而内部流场却十分复杂,结构与分离效率的关系尚不能从理论上分析,为此研制了潜油电泵油气分离器性能测试系统。潜油电泵油气分离器测试系统主要由主体测试装置、钢结构托架与支座、气液测试管路3部分组成,通过测量进入油气分离器中井液的气体量以及经过油气分离器分离出来的气体量,计算出油气分离器的分离效率。它的成功研制为现有油气分离器的优化以及新型油气分离器的开发提供了准确可靠的依据,是油气分离器产品质量检验必不可少的试验设备。
Oil and gas separator is one of the four parts of ESP.Though its Mechanical structure is simple,the internal flow field is complex.The relationship between the structure and the separation efficiency can＇t be solved theoretically.Therefore the project of property test system research of oil-gas separator in ESP System had been carried out.Property test system of oil-gas separator is mainly composed of three parts：body test device,steel bracket and pedestal,gas-liquid test line.The separation efficiency of oil-gas separator is calculated by measuring the quantity of liquid inlet and gas outlet.It provides accurate and reliable scientific data for the optimization of the existin g oil-gas separator and the development of new type of oil-gas separator,and it is the basis equipment for property test of oil-gas separator in ESP system.
