急性心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔封堵术及PCI术后随访四例 被引量:13

摘要 室间隔穿孔(ventrieular septal rupture,VSR)是急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者严重的并发症之一,往往伴有循环功能急剧衰竭,治疗棘手且病死率高,预后极差[1],随着介入技术的提高,联合应用封堵术和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(pereutaneous coronary intervention,PCI),为AMI并发VSR的治疗提供了一个有效方法。本院成功对4例AMI并发VSR的患者分期进行封堵术和PCI,并进行了随访,现报告如下。
