摘要
目的探讨乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院消化内科2013年2月-2014年1月收治的100例急性重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予乌司他丁治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组尿、血清淀粉酶恢复时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗总有效率为98%,明显高于对照组的86%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗急性重症胰腺炎可有效改善患者的临床症状,具有显著的临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in treatment of acute se- vere pancreatitis. Methods 100 patients with acute severe pancreatitis in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in ecach group.Oc- treotide was taken to control group,ulinastatin was added to observation group on the basis of control group.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The recovery time of urine,serum amylase in the observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observa- tion group was 98.00%,higher than 86.00% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with octreotide for the treatment of acute symptom of patients,with significant clinical therapeutic effect,is severe pancreatitis can effectively improve the clinical worthy to be popularized in clinic.
