哮喘患儿诱导痰中ECP、MMPs、黏附分子、T细胞亚群含量检测及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究哮喘患儿诱导痰中嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)、黏附分子、T细胞亚群含量检测及临床意义。方法:将本院收治的120例支气管哮喘患儿纳入观察组、将同期体检的120例健康儿童纳入对照组,收集诱导痰后检测ECP、MMPs、黏附分子、T细胞亚群含量。结果:观察组诱导痰中ECP、MMP2、MMP9的含量高于对照组,TIMP1含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组诱导痰中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、E-选择素(E-selectin)、P-选择素(P-selectin)、CD44含量均高于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组诱导痰中Th1细胞、CD4+CD25+T细胞和CD8+CD28-T细胞含量低于对照组,Th2细胞、Th17细胞含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿诱导痰中ECP、MMPs、黏附分子、T细胞亚群含量异常,并且与嗜酸性粒细胞过度活化、气道重塑、免疫功能失衡密切相关。 Objective:To study the content of ECP,MMPs,adhesion molecules,T cell subsets contents in induced sputum and its clinical significance.Methods:120cases of bronchial asthma child patients were enrolled in control group;120cases of healthy children received physical examination in our hospital over the same period were also enrolled in control group.Then induced sputum were collected and ECP,MMPs,adhesion molecules,T cell subsets contents were detected.(1)ECP and MMPs:ECP and MMP2,MMP9 contents in induced sputum of observation group were higher than those of control group;TIMP1content was lower than that of control group;(2)adhesion molecule:ICAM-1,VCAM-1,E-selectin,P-selectin,CD44 content in induced sputum of observation group were higher than those of the control;(3)T cell subsets:Th1cell,CD4^+CD25^+T cell and CD8^+CD28^-T cell contents of observation group were lower than those of the control;Th2cells and Th17 cells were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:f ECP,MMPs,adhesion molecules,T cell subsets contents in induced sputum of bronchial asthma child are abnormal and correlate with eosinophil activation,airway remodeling,immunity imbalance.
