能耗约束下多起讫点的港口集疏运系统运输策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对如何选择多起讫点的港口集疏运系统运输策略问题,文章建立了集疏运系统的成本模型、能耗最小模型以及能耗约束下的成本最小模型。通过对集疏运网络节点的扩展,简化了问题的复杂性,并从能耗与时间范围的角度分析了能耗、时间范围和成本之间的关系,进而选择合适的运输策略。结果表明:运输策略的选择受时间范围、能耗最大量和可接受总成本综合影响;不同的模型下,运输策略存在较大差异,能耗约束促使运输策略以铁路、水路运输为主,成本约束下的运输策略则更倾向于选择公路、铁路运输。 This paper proposes a cost model,a minimum energy consumption model and a minimum cost model with energy consumption constraints to solve the transportation strategy problem of the collecting and distributing port system for a multiple starting and ending points network.By the extension of the collecting and distributing points,the complexity of the problem is simplified,and the relationship among energy consumption,time range and cost is analyzed to choose the optimal transportation strategy.The results show that the transport strategy depends on time range,maximum amount of energy consumption and acceptable total cost;the transportation strategy differs under different models,the rail and water transport is chosen under energy consumption constraints,and the highway and rail transport is preferred under cost constraints.
