二甲双胍联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察二甲双胍联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:选择我院治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例,治疗组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱456mg 1天3次及二甲双胍0.5g 1天3次口服治疗,对照组仅予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,疗程3个月,治疗前后空腹血糖( FPG)、空腹胰岛素( Fins)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶( ALT)等血生化指标及CT检查。结果:治疗组在治疗3个月后BMI、FPG、FINS和HOMA-IR明显低于对照组,肝脾CT比值高于对照组, GGT、AST、ALT、TC、TG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍可以明显提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine combined with metformin of patients with non-alco-holic fatty live ( NAFLD) .Methods:The total 80 patients with NAFLD were enrolled divided into the treatment group and control group randomly .10 cases of healthy persons was taken as control group at the same period.Patients in polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine group re-ceived polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine 456mg tid po combined with metformin 0.t tid po and the patients in control group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine456mg tid po only.The treatment duration was 3 months.FPG, Fins,CT scan and other serum biochemical test were tested before and after the treatment .Rseults:The levels of BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR ,GGT,AST,ALT,TBiL,TC and TG patients of treatment group were lower than that of patients in control group after therapy and the CT ratio of liver to spleen was higher than that of control grup (P〈0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine combined with metformin for patients with NAFLD could improve their liver function and insulin resistance and is helpful to the recovery of the patients.
