摘要
目的：观察肾康注射液联合前列地尔对慢性肾脏病（CKD）3~4期患者的影响。方法：将60例确诊为CKD的患者随机分为对照组（常规治疗组）30例和观察组（肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗组）30例,观察分析用药前后两组患者血清胱抑素C及血尿素氮、肌酐的变化。结果：两药联合可明显降低慢性肾脏病3~4期患者的血清胱抑素C、尿素氮、肌酐水平与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且对肾小球滤过率的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：肾康注射液可降低慢性肾脏病3~4期患者血清胱抑素C水平,改善肾功能,延缓肾脏病进展。
Objective To observe Shenkang injection combined effects of alprostadil for chronic kidney disease 3 to 4 patients with cystatin C.Methods 60 cases of diagnosed patients were randomly divided into a control group（conventional treatment group） 30 cases and observation group（Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil treatment group） 30 cases.Results The two-drug combination can significantly reduce chronic kidney disease patients 3-4 serum cystatin C,urea nitrogen,creatinine levels（P 0.05）,and to improve the glomerular filtration rate（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shenkang injection can reduce chronic kidney disease 3 to 4 patients serum cystatin C levels,improve renal function and delay progression of renal disease.
