摘要
目的:研究三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层化学成分。方法:采用系统溶剂萃取、薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、半制备型HPLC色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过化学性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果:从三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到6个化合物,分别为20(s)-人参皂苷Rh,(1),20(R)-人参皂苷Rh1(2),人参皂苷F1(3),24(S)-拟人参皂苷F11(4),22,23-二脱氢拟人参皂苷RT4(5),5α-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5,6β-三醇(6)。结论:化合物5为新化合物,命名为拟人参皂苷RT7,化合物4,6为首次从三七中分离得到,化合物1—6均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。
Objective: Aim to study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungal. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by the system solvent extraction, thin-layer chromatography, column chromatography on silica gel, semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were determined by comparison of their chemical properties and spectral data with those of the authentic samples and those reported in the literatures. Result: Six compounds were separated and identified as20 (S)-ginsenoside Rh, (1), 20 (R)-ginsenoside Rh, (2), ginsenoside F1 (3), 24 (S) pseudoginsenoside F11 (4), 22, 23-didehydropseudoginsenoside RT4 (5), 5α-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5, 6β- triol (6). Conclusion: Compound 5 was a new compound, named pseudoginsenoside RT7, and compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from Notoginseng for the first time, and all compounds were isolated from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungale for the first time.
