摘要
教师关怀行为作为教师专业发展的重要表现,对其进行深入研究十分必要。该文以672名中学教师为样本,从教师关怀行为的尽责性、支持性和包容性三个维度来考察我国中学教师关怀行为的发展路径。聚类分析的结果表明:(1)我国中学教师的关怀行为可以划分为四种类型:理想型、任务型、放任型和徒劳型;(2)中学教师关怀行为的发展呈现出阶段性;(3)教师关怀行为四种类型动态性地分布在中学教师的各个教龄阶段之中;(4)教师关怀行为的发展存在两个关键期。
Teachers' caring behavior is an important manifestation of their professional development, it is neces- sary to do a further research. This study investigated 672 middle school teachers to examine the developing path of Chinese middle school teachers caring behavior based on their consciousness, supportive and inclusive. The results show that: (1) According to the results of cluster analysis, the caring behavior of middle school teachers can be divided into four types: ideal type, task type, laissez-faire type and hard work type. (2)The caring behavior of middle school teachers presents the development trend of diversification and diversity. (3) The dynamic of teachers' care behavior distribution in each stage of teaching age. (4)The development of the teachers' caring behavior has two critical periods.
