摘要
目的对精神障碍患者病耻感进行探讨分析,为临床缓解患者的该种情况提供帮助。方法采用问卷调查法,由精神病患者完成问卷的填写,共调查了110例精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症患者,了解精神障碍患者目前病耻感的状况。结果患者通过相关的措施能够降低病耻感,对于患者的临床治疗积极性以及适应社会能力和心理承受力有较大的改善。结论精神障碍患者的病耻感让他们社会能力减弱,通过降低患者的病耻感能够让患者的生活更加健康,促进其疾病的恢复。
Objective To investigated the stigma for illness of the patients with mental disorder, and help the patients to alleviate the situation in clinic. Methods With the method of questionnaire survey, the psychiatric patients completed the questionnaire survey by themselves. A total of 110 cases of patients with schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorder were included in this study. So we could understand the currently situation of the patients with mental disorder. Results Through the relevant measures, we reduced the stigma level of the patients. And we improved the enthusiasm for the clinical treatment, the ability to adapt to society and the psychological bearing capacity of patients. Conclusion The stigma for illness decrease the social ability of the patients with mental disorder. By reducing the stigma of the patients, we can make their lives healthier and promote the recovery from the disease.
