摘要
基于颍上复线船闸工程,考虑船闸闸首与回填土的接触,讨论了船闸闸首结构设计安全性、稳定性和合理性的影响因子,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立了船闸下闸首三维有限元模型,并采用单因素分析法,探讨了影响因子对船闸闸首结构应力及位移的影响。结果表明,随着回填土的内摩擦角的增加,回填土沉降位移和摩擦滑移位移均在减小,边墩位移在增大;闸墩与回填土接触应力和闸首应力在减小。所得结论可为今后船闸设计提供一定参考。
The factors which impact the structure design safety, stability and rationality of lower head of Yingshang second-line ship lock are analyzed by considering the contacting between lock head and backfilled soil, and then the ANSYS finite element software is applied to build up a 3-D finite element model of lower head to study the impact of these factors on structural stress and displacement lower head by using univariate analysis method. The results show that, with the increase of internal friction angle of backfilled soil, the settlement displacement and slip displacements of backfilled soil reduce, the displacement of side pier increases and the contact stress between pier and backfilled soil and the stress of head reduce.
