强水锁强水敏复杂气藏压裂液体系研究与应用

摘要 国内某气田Y1组气藏属于典型的中-低孔、中-低渗储层、埋藏深、温度高(135℃-150℃)、存在强水锁强水敏伤害,平均水敏指数78.4%,平均水锁伤害率83.9%,且为含凝析油气藏,凝析油含量最高达40%,属于复杂气藏。该区块作业工况条件差,井下管柱结构复杂,加上压裂技术在该区块的研究及应用处于起步阶段,压裂改造难度较大。室内通过开展大量研究工作,研发、筛选出水锁处理剂、抗凝析油起泡剂、高效黏土稳定剂等添加剂产品,形成了一套适合该气田Y1组气藏的压裂液体系。室内评价结果表明,该压裂液体系在150℃、170 s-1下,连续剪切90 min,黏度保持在100 mPa·s左右;破胶剂过硫酸铵加量0.02%,残渣含量为363 mg/L,压裂液体系对储层强水锁、强水敏岩心基质渗透率平均损害率为18.4%,对于强敏感性岩心,属于较低伤害压裂液体系。成功完成了该气田首次压裂施工,共计完成8口井现场试验,取得了很好的增产效果。 Y1 group gas reservoir is a typical middle- low porosity,middle- low permeability reservoir. It is a complex gas reservoir,has complicated characteristics such as deep buried depth,high temperature( 135 ~ 150℃),strong water blocking and water sensitivity damage,the water sensitivity index is78. 4% and average water blocking damage index is about83. 9%. The study and application of fracturing technology in Y1 group are still in its initial stage. The poor working conditions and the complex down- hole string structure enhance the difficulty of fracturing operation. Water blocking agent,foaming agent and clay stabilizer were developed to form a fracturing fluid system for Y1 group gas reservoir. The laboratory results indicated that the viscosity of this fracturing fluid system was about100 m Pa· s under 170s- 1 continual shearing for 90 min at150℃,the concentration of APS was 0. 02%,the residue content was 363 mg / L,and the average permeability damage of core with strong water sensitivity and water blocking damage was18. 4%. The fracturing fluid system was applied successfully in8 wells of Y1 group gas reservoir and the yield- increasing effect was remarkable.
