摘要 丹江口大坝加高施工计划将原坝顶高程由138 m加高至152 m。由于防汛的需要,大坝加高施工只能集中在枯水期进行,且不得影响原坝顶的启闭机运行,因此大型混凝土浇筑机械的合理布置显得尤为重要。详细介绍了右岸大坝贴坡和加高施工期间混凝土垂直运输设备的优化布置,通过对门机、塔机和履带吊的合理配置,保障了混凝土施工强度的需要和施工进度安排。其优化思路可供其他水利枢纽改造施工参考。 Danjiangkou heightening works is to heighten the dam crest from the original elevation of 138m to 152m according to the construction plan. Due to the restriction of flood control requirements, the construction could only be conducted in low-flow period and would not interfere the hoist operation on the dam crest, so the layout of large-scaled construction machines was ex-tremely important. The optimized process of vertical transportation equipment for the concrete construction, namely the slope-pavement and heightening project, is described in detail. Through reasonable collocation of portal crane, tower crane and crawler crane, the concrete pouring and construction schedule are fulfilled.
