摘要
在有关维生素D的国、内外文献中,时常会看到一些作者对维生素D给出如下定义：维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素。偶尔有人将维生素D称为阳光维生素,而国际著名维生素D研究专家、美国Holick教授在2011年第3版的＂vitamin D＂专著中,其撰写的＂photobiology of vitamin D＂一章的开篇即提出：＂vitamin D neither a vitamin nor a hormone when adequate exposure to sunlight in available to promote the synthess of the vitamin D in the skin”。
