摘要
在我国加快发展现代职业教育的良好环境和机遇面前,努力打造一支"三位一体"(即"高校教师+行业工程师+职业培训师")的教学团队已迫在眉睫。文章首先分析了校企合作模式下"三位一体"教学团队的建设模式;接着讨论了校企合作模式下"三位一体"教学团队建设中主要存在的问题;最后提出了校企合作模式下"三位一体"教学团队建设的长效机制建设。
With the good environment and opportunities of speeding up the development of modern vocational education in our country, it is extremely urgent to create a“trinity”teaching team （that is,“university teachers＋ industry engineers＋ professional trainers”）.This paper first analyzes the construction mode of“trinity”teaching team under school-enterprise cooperation mode. Then it discusses the main existing problems and the long-term mechanism construction.
