摘要
谦比希铜矿深部矿体采用大直径深孔分段空场嗣后废石充填法开采,存在凿岩巷道稳定性差、上盘垮冒严重等问题,导致采场回采效率低、安全性差,制约矿山生产能力,同时上部采用嗣后分级尾砂充填,隔离保安矿柱仅厚21 m。为保证深部嗣后采场的安全回采,选用FLAC3D对保安矿柱的稳定性进行分析研究。结果表明,在当前条件下,21 m保安矿柱能有效隔离上下采区,防止上部充填尾砂涌入下部采场,保证采场作业安全。
The large diameter deep hole sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling with barren rocks is used in Chambishi copper mine,the stability of drilling tunnels is poor,and catastrophic collapse of hanging side is serious. Therfore,the efficiency of stope mining is low,the safety of the stope mining is poor,the mine production capacity is restricted. Besides that,subsequent grading backfilling filling is used to deal with the upper orebody,the thickness of the safety pillar is 21 m. In order to ensure safety mining of the deep subsequent stope,the FLAC3 Dsoftware is adopted to analyze the stability of safety pillar. The research results show that,under the current conditions,the safety pillar with the thickness of 21 m can isolate the mining area effectively and prevent the upper filling backfilling into lower stope so as to ensure safety mining.
