摘要
安徽某钨钼矿钨、钼品位低,有用矿物辉钼矿和白钨矿嵌布关系复杂、嵌布粒度不均、单体解离困难,属低品位多金属矿床。为合理开发利用该矿石,进行了优先浮选选矿试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 60%的条件下,采用1粗2扫4精选钼(钼3次精选前再磨至-0.038 mm 95%)、钼扫选尾矿1粗2精(加温精选)2扫选钨、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理该矿石,在最优药剂制度条件下,可获得钼精矿钼品位为44.60%、含钨0.45%、钼回收率为60.23%,钨精矿钨品位为63.93%、含钼4.90%、钨回收率为85.24%的良好指标。该工艺方案为开发利用该矿石提供了技术依据。
Main valuable minerals of a tungsten-molybdenum in Anhui Province are molybdenite and scheelite,with low grade of tungsten and molybdenum. Minerals are uneven distributed in the ore and hard to be liberated. In order to develop and utilize the ore,preferential flotation experiment was carried out. The results indicated that,at the grinding fineness of 60%- 0. 074 mm,through process of one roughing-four cleaning-two scavenging molybdenum flotation( regrinding at 95%- 0. 038 mm for thirdly cleaning),tailing of scavenging enduring one roughing-two scavenging-two cleaning( being heated) tungsten floatation,middlings back to the flowsheet in turn. With the optimum regime of agent,molybdenum concentrates with 44. 60% Mo,0. 45% W,and molybdenum recovery of 60. 23%,tungsten concentrate with 62. 93% W,4. 90% Mo,and tungsten recovery of 85. 24% were obtained respectively.The selective process can provides technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
