摘要
病耻感是一个全球普遍关注的问题。病耻感会对患者自身及其家人以及公共医疗活动产生严重影响。该文回顾了国内外疾病相关耻感量表及结构化问卷研究的文献,通过对量表条目或问卷内容的逐条分析,提炼出5个方面评价疾病相关的病耻感:1公众态度;2公众行为;3患者感受;4患者内化病耻感和对抗病耻;5患者被歧视或受限的经历。
Stigma is a global issue of common concern. Stigma has a severe impact on individuals and their families,and on the effectiveness of public health programmes. Here is to make a review of the literatures worldwide about stigma scales and structured questionnaire. By analyzing the stigma scales and questionnaire item by item,five elements are summarized to evaluate disease related stigma,including： 1public attitude towards the affected people; 2public actions towards the affected people; 3patents＇ feelings; 4internalization and resistance of the stigma in patients; 5 experience of being discriminated or restricted in patients.
